About the Author

Over the past 6 years, I’ve had an amazing journey as a vegetarian. After working at a raw-food restaurant in a small town in CT, I discovered the wonderful benefits of eating a predominantly live food diet. While I still love things like artisan cheese, and the occasional omelet, I recognize that I feel best when I eat raw foods. This blog is meant to catalog my experiences, recipes, and personal steps towards a more sustainable lifestyle.
